This complex is different for a reason not apparent from their exterior appearance. When they were built the construction techniques incorporated cement walls between each unit and cement floors between both upper levels.

A twin of this complex, meaning the same style of units built the same way were constructed in Kitchener Ontario at about the same time.

Two model style exist here. Most are three storey in design with a ground level single car garage. The second style is a two level model with carports. A small number of these two storey models, which face Wilkins Street, have a lower level walkout.

In the center of this complex is an area of greenery and an outdoor pool. It is a "low chlorine" pool cira 2016 which replaced a previous pool. What a nice feature!
