This is a large south London condo project now in the 45-50 year old range. It is built in thirteen clusters of four to twelve units. One cluster faces onto Dundalk Drive, two clusters face onto Crawford Street and all of the other clusters are inside cluster units. Three clusters totalling twenty four units back onto two high rise rental buildings on Southdale Road East. This complex has age appropriate trees and landscaping.

A mix of light grey bricking on the main level or grey coloured cinder-block. Light yellow upper siding, brown eaves and window trim with grey shingles. Five of the thirteen clusters are built in a back-to-back design meaning they have no back doors or windows. They share their rear wall with another condo unit on the opposite side. These are the two bedroom models. Expect the two bedroom units to have electric heat and the three bedroom units gas heat. Known two bedroom units, plus finished or unfinished basements are 675, 687, 701, 748 and 788 sq. ft.
