These are 2 storey single car garage units. They have 3 upper bedrooms and an office on the second level with no windows which is an unusual but acceptable feature. There is also a second level laundry which is a common feature on many new builds these days. Units in this cluster enjoy slight elevation changes. Brown brick, grey front and side stone. Some units have hints of an upper level mansard style roof while others have peaked front rooflines. Block driveways and some front stucco. Covered front and rear porches. Taupe trim. Three known unit sizes are 2,076; 2,109 and 2,307 square feet. There are Association Fees of $455.00 per month.

While these units are somewhat unique in design, there is one short coming. If you are an inside unit, how do you access your rear yard to cut the grass? Are there restrictions on building rear side fences?

Some other builders like "Prosperity Homes" building attached freeholds on Kennington Way in south London have rear garage doors on all of their inside units. These units were also built without rear decks.

Excellent front curb appeal. Trees now need to be added to compliment their unique front designs. More pictures to follow as these units mature.

Expect to be impressed. These are, when available, million dollar properties.
