“Compass Point:”

Visit the “Domus Development” site plan online. Eleven clusters of units ranging in size from three to six units. One block of five units has front views of East Road.

Here you will find three different model styles. The “Bow” model at 1,325 square feet with a double car garage; the “Stern” model at the same size and also with a double car garage and the “Port” model at 1,250 square feet and with a single car garage. The inside units are the “Port” model and the end units are all the double car garage models.

An unassuming front entranceway. Architecturally controlled exterior designs. Small covered front porches and peaked front rooflines, paving block driveways, front grey stone with a 3’ stone ledge around the side and rear, black soffits and facia, black window trim, doors and garage doors, black shingles, vinyl siding in mostly grey and turquoise colours, a rear terrace door to a patio area. Vaulted ceilings in the great room and trey ceilings in the master bedroom. Main floor laundry, R-60 attic insulation and 30 year shingles. The single car garage units have 1.5 car wide driveways. An outdoor pool built close to the front entranceway is for its residents to enjoy. The condo fees in 2023 are in the $250.00 per month range. Yet another condo project will follow once this project is finished out on this same street.

*An August 2023 update:

The complex looks complete on the exterior, however, about three clusters of units still need interior drywall and all of the finishing touches. One unit was used in the first half of the year as a lottery home in a hospital fund raising drive. A number of units still remain to be sold and the new pool is physically in the ground however not functional yet.

Palumbo Homes continues to be busy building and is now working on finishing off another condo project in Komoka called “Aura”. Rising interest rates is cooling down the number of housing starts throughout this region.
