Wonham Street is a 'water tower' street and parts of it are bordered by the 'Ingersoll Golf and Country Club'. This neighbourhood is pretty. It is on treed rolling lands with a train track running through it and the back portion of a golf course. There are trees to look at in many directions. Minutes to the downtown core area and minutes away from the 401. Developers are continuously searching for new sites to build on. It is one of the prettiest parts of town with slightly hilly terrain. In some areas gracious older homes from the 1920's, 1930's and 1940's can be found.

This 'Lions Gate' condo project is set back from the street by one row of houses and is built on a slight incline thus the raised rear deck feature. It backs directly onto 'Lions Gate Park' which offers greenery and a small children's playground area. A centre small gate within the complex offers access to it. Immediately to that north on the same side of the street is a seniors' residence known as the 'Second Trails Case Community.'

In this 'Lions Gate' complex you will find one cluster of four units and one cluster of five units. A mix of single and double car garages with the end units being the ones with the double car garage. They also have slightly larger front windows and a few small side windows.
