A mix of two small newer clusters of three units each, units 18-22 and 24-28 built by B. Conn Homes in 2010. Since they are newer and small in size, we have opted not to include them in our sales histories.
The remaining three townhome clusters on this street were built back in 1990. Each of the three clusters are slightly different. The units on the west side of the street, units # 1-7 and units 9-23 are built in one cluster of four and one cluster of eight. Units 2-16 on the east side of the street present themselves slightly better. They have double deep drives, skylights, red brick around the entire main level, tan upper siding, brown shingles and an extended rear design. Known sizes of units within these three clusters are 1,201; 1,238; 1,294 and 1,301 square feet.
These are all freeholds meaning no condo fees. It also means that their owners are responsible for things like exterior painting (there are no mandatory colour schemes) and shingles. There are times when some owners do not match the colour of their new shingles with the colours of other units in the same cluster. Potential buyers might sometimes find these visuals unusual.
One of the nice things about living in this part of the city is that there are farmer's fields on the north side of North Town Line East at the end of the street. This is an outer edge of the town location.
The selling feature of all of these units, when available for sale, is their price points.
