Each complex has two front clusters of six units each, two middle clusters of five units each, and two rear clusters of five units each facing the front clusters and backing onto single family homes. These are all one floor double car garage units in a treed and nicely landscaped setting. Light frosted brown brick with coloured mortar, brown shingles, brick driveways, garage colours differ slightly between these two complexes.

The interior units have front courtyards (sitting areas) whereas the end units do not have this feature. They do however have extra side windows. Units in the 617 complex may have skylights. Unit sizes are 1055, 1275, 1280, 1407 and 1410 square feet. Vaulted ceilings, main floor landing, raised rear decks.
