This is an attractive building with a grand front entranceway built for drop offs only. Plenty of outdoor parking for guests can be found at the rear of the building which is accessed by an entranceway off of Albert Street to the south. This is a ten storey building with mostly two-bedroom units. Features include an outdoor barbecue area, underground parking, storage lockers, an indoor pool on the main level, a whirlpool, sauna, exercise room, party room and ample guest parking.

Units enjoy interesting views of a vibrant community.

This building had 8 units on the main floor, 12 units on the 2nd to 4th floors, 9 units on the fifth floor, 12 units on the 6th to 8th floors, 7 units on the 9th level and 8 units on the 10th floor. On the ninth floor there is one 1,700 sq. ft. four bedroom unit. There are only a small number of one-bedroom units in the 600-900 sq. ft. four bedroom unit. Two bedroom units are in the 1,000, 1050, 1,100 and 1,999 sq. ft. range. Unit layout are attractive with some end units having extra windows and there are some bay windows. This building also have glass sided covered balconies. In-unit laundry. Pets are not permitted and this is a non-smoking building. These units have central air.

Back in the 2017 period of time the building received new windows, patio doors and exterior "EFIS" multilayer exterior synthetic stucco. To help cover these expenses, owners at that time received a special assessment of over $20,000 per unit. In spite of the occurrence, units continued to sell and this building got to enjoy a fresh new look.

During the same time period two other downtown condo buildings were hit with substantial special assessments. They were the 'Blackfriars' building at 549 Ridout Street North and the 155 Kent Street building. This unfortunately is the wild card factor of living in older high-rise condo buildings.
