Bike the Thames in three directions, bike to Wortley Village or bike over to the newly rebuilt 'Victoria Bridge" on Ridout Street (the former bridge was 96 years old) and enjoy playing tennis on the new "Thames Park" tennis courts. This is a southwest corner of the downtown core address.
This building is now in the 10 plus age range. There is a small monthly common element fee.
*** The City has recently approved construction of two more downtown apartment buildings (800 residential units) on the north-west corner of Ridout St North and King Street. Proposed heights are 53 and 43 storeys. It will be a York development project. One of these buildings will be the tallest Canadian building west of Toronto to Edmonton which has a 61 storey building. These two new towers will block the north-westerly views of the 330 Ridout St units which face north.
One final note, the building to the north of the 330 Ridout St. N unit is a Tricar rental building, built to the same height a few years earlier.
