These are compact all brick two storey units built in a wonderful treed setting. Nine clusters of units, with the front two clusters facing Commissioners, having a "Colonial" style appearance. All have wonderful bricked in rear courtyard areas. An old site in pristine condition adds to the ambiance of the laneway and this complex enjoys front corner visitors parking. The brick siding and roof colours are particularly attractive.

We note that they are on the edge of the "Thames River" and the two rear clusters have views of open greenery and a backdrop of trees as the riverbank drops off quite sharply. Some units here have age related issues and there are stairs so they may not be to everyone's likings. That said, it is still an attractive complex.
