The rear lane towns are "Interior rear lane towns" and are 1369 and 1373 sq. ft. with 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 330 sq. ft. of optional living space. The traditional towns are 1690 sq. ft. units, also with 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 290 sq. ft. of optioned living space. Finally, "the interior traditional towns" are 1518 or 1818 sq. ft. and are "back-to-back" condos (back-to-back condos means that you share your back wall with another unit behind you. Buyers may think this to be a slightly less desirable arrangement.
Grey brick, black trim, black shingles, black eaves and facia, some exterior imitation wood-like siding. Some light grey siding and some dark grey siding. Two and three level units with the interior units having three levels and a shared rear wall. Covered entrances and red front doors. The units on the west side of the complex have lower-level rear walkouts.
Kleinburg Drive to the immediate west is home to a number of more expensive single detached houses. This complex has a bit of an issue with densities and the different model styles make some units more attractive than others. This complex also has a bit of a parking issue with limited visitors parking. This is a comment we do not make very often. Laneway parking is permitted in some laneway areas which is a poor substitute for proper parking.
We note the low condo fees of only $191.53 per month in 2024.
* In 2024 the final coat of asphalt was done. That was a welcomed event for the residents living there. It's shocking the number of new condo complexes which procrastinate in honouring their obligation to do this.
