The first of four new condo towers by "Tricar". Eventually this project will have 482 units. It is expected to be an eight year build out process. This is a six acre building site.

Views of the "Medway Valley" and just beyond that, the "Sunningdale Golf and Country Club". Across the street (Sunningdale Road West) to the south-east are the two recently completed "Village North" high rise condo buildings also built by the same builder "Tricar". This is a new neighbourhood of north London growth.

Tricar has now built over 1,000 high rise condo units in this city and this building will be completely sold out before it is finished.

The 460-480 Callaway Road building is 10 stories high with 132 units. The one-bedroom units are 960 square feet; the one bedroom plus den units 940 square feet; the two-bedroom units 1190; 1220; 1320, 1,420, 1560 and 1700 square feet. The two bedrooms plus den units are 1320, 1350, 1360, 1420, 1450, 1,570, 1600 1,630, 1650; 1800, `1980 and 2110 sq. ft. The three-bedroom units will have sizes like 1,850; 1,980 and 2,110 square feet. The ground floor has fourteen units, and the top floor (the tenth floor) have eight units.

Underground parking, some with electric charging stations, gas fireplaces, heated bathroom floors, crown mouldings, in-suite laundry, balconies, two high speed elevators and like with many other "Tricar" buildings, there is a central heating and cooling system that is individually controlled. There is also individually metered hydro services for each unit.

Building features include an overnight guest suite; a billiards room, a fitness centre, golf simulator and media rooms and a multi-use outdoor "sport court". There are some pet restrictions. Yes, there are pickleball courts.

The second building to the immediate east of this building, is the Northlink II building with the address 480 Callaway Road. It was finished out in 2023.

It also has ten levels and 162 units. The rear side of the building backs onto Sunningdale Road. Unit sizes may vary slightly; however, the quality of construction is the same. Known condo fees in 2024 on a 1055 sq. ft. unit are $401 per month and $565 on a 1595 sq. ft. unit. The condo fees include the heat and water. The heating is forced air gas and yes, there are pet restrictions.

Once again, there are still more towers planned for this street by the same builder in the near future.
