This complex took nine years to finish out. The builder, "Rembrandt" has a history of spending a longer period of time finishing out their high-end projects. That's okay, because at the end of the day they do sell out. Their "Rembrandt Estates" project at 273 Riddell Street in Woodstock was started in 2015 and wasn't finished out until 2020. In a similar sort of way, their "Rembrandt River West" project at 2295 Kains Road started in 2007 and going into 2025 its new construction still lingers on. Having a small number of new high-end condos available for purchase at any one time is a strategy that works well for some builders in times like this.
