In this instance, the builder "Rembrandt Homes" decided to build two different condo projects, one a mid range condo project and one a high-end condo project both sharing the same address and the same entranceway. This is the only project in the city where "Rembrandt" decided to take such an approach.
These Phase I units mimic the design style Rembrandt has used in several other projects. These are two story townhouses. Some units look like two story; however they are actually multi-level in design with the primary bedroom on the second level and two more bedrooms above that.
One cluster of four, four clusters of five, one cluster of six and one cluster of eight. Most of these units are built with single car garages. Three units, however, have double car garages and twelve units are designed with open parking. This means you do not have a garage like most of the other units have.
Brown shingles, brown brick, a lower front skirt of grey stone and light grey siding. Peaked upper rooflines, some raised rear decks. Brick driveways. Five end units have side entrances.
Pets allowed, reasonable condo fees. Missing perhaps is more green space for children to play.
We note that after building these units, Rembrandt went on to change the look at their next product offerings at "The Nest" on Blackwell Boulevard in northeast London and the "Eleven Ten" complex in Southeast London at 1110 Meadowlands Ridge. Rembrandt is one of London's largest townhouse builders.
In the last two years condo prices in London have surged upwards in price. Other "Rembrandt" condo projects of a somewhat similar design may be less expensive however these ones are relatively new, and newer units tend to cost slightly more. We also note that going into 2020 and 2021 "Rembrandt" is further modifying the front facades of other new complexes that they are building ever so slightly. Two examples of this are the "Eleven-Ten" complex at 1110 Meadowlark Ridge in South-East London and "The Nest" on Blackwell Boulevard in North-East London. The compact blueprint of this project is something that sometimes catches the surprise of many potential buyers.
