"The Residences of Sawmill Creek"

A "gated community" not yet finished out overlooking the "Sawmill Creek Golf Course". Unit sizes here vary from 1,329 square feet to 2,345 square feet. Nine different model styles. The street names within this complex are "St. Andrews Circle" and "Turnberry Lane". These are freeholds.

A mix of single car garage units and clusters of four units. Extensive use of stone front, sides and rear. Many units have wonderful covered front porches. Many units overlook the golf courses and there is an on-site putting green area. See our pictures.

Within this community as of the summer of 2012, there are still 18 lots in phase one and phase two to be built on. With the influx of new people to this region it is now only a matter of time before this project gets fully built out.

This is a neighbourhood five minutes by car east of "Bright’s Grove" known as "Camlachie". New upscale homes are being built to the northwest, west of Egremont Road and much further to the northeast past "Douglas Line".
