The correct address is 2022–2042, 2023-2039 THE BEACHES, 2743-2747 OLD LAKESHORE ROAD, 2012-2020 THELMA AVENUE, 2714-2720 BRIGHT STREET.

Let's start with the most obvious question. How many of these units have views of the lake? 2022 – 2042 “The Beaches” and 2743 – 2747 Old Lakeshore Road have direct lakeside views. All of the others are only steps away from enjoying these views.

All of the other units are only steps away from having lake views. These units are freeholds meaning there are no condo fees.

This neighbourhood is known as "BRIGHT'S GROVE". In this neighbourhood, "OLD LAKESHORE ROAD" is a two way street for about eight blocks with views to the north overlooking the lake. Then, a further section of "OLD LAKESHORE ROAD", west of Waterworks Road, enjoys these same views, but is a one way street. What a wonderful street for walking, biking or jogging. There are often views of lake freighters far off in the distance to the northwest. Wonderful colourings to the water. What a great place to live.

How do you find Old Lakeshore Road? Start by locating the intersection of Lakeshore Road and Waterworks Road which is to the east of the "Huron Oaks Golf Course" and then take Waterworks Road north about four blocks. There is a "Tim Horton's" on the northwest corner of Lakeshore Road and Waterworks Road if that helps.

These units are a mix of one and two storeys. They have full brown bricking, some minor stucco accents, tan coloured soffits and trim, tan coloured garage doors and brown shingles. Some high pitched rooflines, see our pictures, an abundance of windows.

Cement driveways and mostly smaller sized rear yards. These are all two car garage units. The street named "THE BEACHES" has a cul-de-sac type design which helps to give it a neighbourhood within a neighbourhood feel.

To the immediate east, a few doors over, is a wonderful park with covered sitting areas, a playground, triple tennis courts and lake views. It is called "KENWICH ON THE LAKE".

This section of "BRIGHT'S GROVE" is a hidden treasure.
