West London Condos

Many people would suggest that the West London area is one of the prettiest areas of the city thanks in part to the walking paths along the south side of the Thames River leading up to Springbank Park. To note as well is the charm of the Thames Valley Golf Course and the beauty of the Sifton Bog.
For many years the Hunt Club Golf and Country Club marked the furthest western extremity of our city but all of that changed with the extension of the Oxford Street West Bridge. Now there is an entirely new western section to the west known as "Hunt Club West", showcased by Sifton's new gated active-lifestyle community called "Riverbend".
This has been a multi-year project with a golf course, a massive club house and luxury houses and condos built on leased land. It will still take years to fully finish out. Also now commencing to the west and the south of this project is a new Sifton community called "West 5". It will be solar panel friendly with a mix of modern townhouses, apartments, parks and retail space. Google this project if you wish!
Condos in the west end often tend to cost just a little bit more.
