130-136 Conway Drive is called "Oaks Edge" and 140-144-148 Conway Drive is called "South Ridge Meadows". Seven clusters of three storey low rise condo buildings with two outdoor pools. A mix of one-bedroom and two-bedroom units. Red brick – slightly speckled, black shingles, pale light lime green siding. All of the buildings show a uniformity in design styles and colours. That's a good thing. Yes, these buildings have elevators.

These units were built with electric heat but have Livingroom gas fireplaces. All units have balconies and in unit laundries.

The one-bedroom units have known unit sizes of 440, 568, 650, 666, 675 and 700 sq. ft. The size difference between 1- and 2-bedroom units is quite significant. Look at the price difference between them in 2022. Next to nothing. That's crazy! If you are a buyer, make sure that you do your homework. The two-bedroom units have known unit sizes of 825, 850, 860, and 897 sq. ft. There are two outdoor pools and some saunas. Open parking. Known condo fees going into 2024 on a 1-bedroom unit are in the $298.00 per month price range and $424.00 per month range on a 2-bedroom unit.

These complexes are walking distance to schools, shopping, medical centres, a community indoor pool and parks. This section of White Oaks is in a sense, a community within a community.

In this neighbourhood, 58% own, 42% rent. 94% live in apartments, 6% live in townhomes. 86% of the housing stock is between 26-60 years old.
