On the seventh floor you will find many of the buildings amenities including a party room with a pool table, an outdoor terrace with lounges, firepit, community BBQ and putting green. The two bedroom units mostly have dens. Three model styles of two bedroom units at 1,180; 1,303 and 1,455 square feet do not have dens. The two bedroom units with the sizes of 1,505; 1,507; 1,512; 1,604, 1,720 and 1,763 do have dens.

Penthouses are known to have sizes of 1,887; 1,950; 1,979; 2,011; 2,107; 2,202; 2,272; 2,424; 2,861 and 3,402 square feet. The condo fees are reasonable and include heat, central air conditioning, windows and water. In 2022 the known condo fees on a one bedroom unit with a den were in the $292.00, $306.00, $332.00 per month range. On a two bedroom unit the condo fees were in the $375 per month range and on a two plus den unit the condo fees were in the range of $435.00, $446.00, $495.00 and $525.00 per month. Two of the mid-sized penthouses in 2022 had condo fees of $597.00 and $607.00 per month.
